Fees
Our fees for accounting and bookkeeping service are based on an hourly rate and the type of accounting and bookkeeping service performed, the overall accounting and bookkeeping cost is low compared with the current actual accounting market rate in Los Angeles.
Accounting work performed at the client's office within Los Angeles Metropolitan Area will be charged based on a minimum of five hours of accounting work per day, other locations will be charged based on a minimum of six to eight hours per day depending on the location.
Accounting and bookkeeping work performed at our office will be charged at a minimum of (10) ten hours per month provided that all accounting and bookkeeping documents delivered to our location on time.
The followings are our current hourly rates:
* Accounting and Bookkeeping Services. @ $40.00 per hour
* New Business Plan. @ $60.00 per hour
* Accounting procedures. @ $60.00 per hour
* Accounting Staff Training. @ $50.00 per hour
* Temporary Senior Accountant @ $40.00 per hour
* Temporary Assistant Controller @ $45.00 per hour
* Temporary Controller @ $50.00 per hour
* Tax Problems & IRS Representation @ $50.00 per hour
In addition to the above, the cost of transportation, postage, telephone, copies and all other expenses related to work done for the client will be reimbursed to us by the client.
Accounting, Bookkeeping and Tax Services can be performed for ALL clients located within or outside Los Angeles County Area, copies of accounting documents can be delivered using mail, fax, e-mail, or in person.
All other services are performed for clients located only within Los Angeles County Area.
